Professional Highlights
  • Performed assessments and due diligence for private equity mid-cap portfolio companies to ensure alignment and optimal use of business processes, resources and technology (enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, custom applications/data management and infrastructure) to improve operating performance.
  • Advised the executive team of the world’s largest publisher; responsible for leading the technical integration of a joint venture by developing and facilitating global governance, creating processes, procedures and tools, while managing project managers and work streams to accelerate the exit of transitional service agreements.
  • Created a strategic roadmap, budgets and an organizational design in support of an end state operating model, and ensuring minimal disruption during the transition.
  • CEO of Systems Integrator and part of the Carlyle Group. Led and managed the turnaround for a global private equity company, increasing revenue by $100m by winning new contracts while maintaining current customer base, and completed full merger of engineering division.
  • Developed a go-to-market vehicle telematics offering using wireless technology with a software-as-a-service subscription model, identifying new sources of revenue in asset management, insurance, fleet management, analytics, and testing.
  • Served as a sales and services operating executive for a fortune 100, providing custom application development, security services with direct sales responsibility ($400M annual quota), and consistently meeting performance goals/targets.
