  • Performed assessments and due diligence for private equity mid-cap portfolio companies to ensure alignment and optimal use of business processes, resources and technology (enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, custom applications/data management and infrastructure) to improve operating performance.
  • Advised the executive team of the world’s largest publisher; responsible for leading the technical integration of a joint venture by developing and facilitating global governance, creating processes, procedures and tools, while managing project managers and work streams to accelerate the exit of transitional service agreements.
