Tom Springer and Stu Lawson started Springer Lawson & Associates in 2016. Having both had successful careers as CEOs and CFOs for large and medium sized companies across a variety of sectors, and having worked in the consulting field they decided it was time to strike out on their own. They realized there were few options available for CEOs of middle-market firms that needed help and guidance, and those that did exist either didn’t provide what firms needed or couldn’t offer the right kind of experience based, practical support. This was the genesis behind Springer Lawson & Associates, to create a firm of former CEOs, CFOs and CTOs with the right experience needed to help middle-market firms to manage, transform and optimize enterprise value.
